Help for KiddyDot: Baby Feeding & Sleep, an iPhone app that helps parents log feeding, sleep and other daily care for a baby.
About the app
KiddyDot keeps a simple timeline of your baby's day. You tap to record a feed, a sleep, a diaper change and more, and look back over the day or week. Your records are stored on your phone. Partner sharing is optional and lets two parents see the same records.
The free version shows ads. Premium is a paid upgrade inside the app that removes ads and unlocks extra features. Premium is offered monthly or yearly.

How to delete your data
- Data on your phone. Deleting the app removes its records from that phone. On your iPhone open Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage, choose KiddyDot and tap Delete App.
- Partner sharing data. If you used partner sharing, the shared records are also kept online so both phones can see them. Stop sharing in the app and the shared records are deleted. If you have a problem with this, email KiddyDotApp@gmail.com.
Questions and answers
Do I need an account to use KiddyDot?
No account, sign-in or email needed. If you share with a partner, the app quietly creates an anonymous ID so the two phones can sync; it holds no name or email. Premium uses your Apple ID through the App Store.
Where are my records stored?
On your phone. If you turn on partner sharing, the shared records are also stored online so that both parents can see them, until you stop sharing.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Photos stay on your phone and are never uploaded, including when you share with a partner. Partner sharing does send your baby's name, birth date, records and notes so the other phone can show them.
I got a new phone. What happens to my records?
Records on the old phone stay on that phone. Email us before you reset or sell the old phone and we will help where we can.
Is the app free?
Yes. The free version shows ads. Premium removes ads and unlocks extra features.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose KiddyDot and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I get Premium back on a new iPhone?
Install KiddyDot on the new iPhone with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for Premium are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the KiddyDot purchase.
Is KiddyDot medical advice?
No. KiddyDot is a record-keeping tool. For any concern about your baby's health, talk to your doctor or health visitor.
